I was impressed from the outset with CSAs strong communication skills leading up to, during and post the email phishing campaign. They meticulously explained the rationale, process and objective of the campaign and were readily available to answer the minimal questions I had. It was very helpful to have a direct point of contact as their knowledge surpassed mine in this area; thank you also for inviting me to meet the CSA team and witness the environment the campaign was managed from. This really helped solidify the success of the campaign, as CSA took the time to walk through the results with me and then suggested proactive & necessary follow up steps, which we took forward.
